East Campus Commons Dining, aka ECC, is your traditional All-You-Care-to-Eat Community Dining Hall on East Campus. Menu selections include freshly prepared complete meals and many items grilled to order. ECC also has your go to favorites like pizza, made-to-order deli sandwiches, and a robust salad bar. Don't forget a little indulgence at Baker's Table dessert and pastry case featuring baked goods made in-house by our bakers.

To accommodate our guests with food allergies and Celiac Disease, we incorporate safe and healthy dining options into our menus. Our Simple Zone pantry features foods and snacks free from gluten, peanuts and tree nuts. Simple Servings offers hot complete meals for lunch and dinner that are free from 8 of the top 9 allergens. Rustic Roots is an entirely plant-based station serving a variety of globally inspired and meat-free recipes.
